The following is the ADAP Advocacy Association's (aaa+) privacy policy as it relates to its website, which is hosted by ImarcsGroup.com:

ImarcsGroup.com recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by users of our loyalty clubs and our other consumer based websites. We created the following policy guidelines with a fundamental respect for our users' right to privacy.

When a consumer visits a web site that includes an ImarcsGroup.com system and the consumer opts to join the system, The consumer is giving explicit permission for the business who owns the web site to communicate with them through email. These businesses are referred to as ImarcsGroup.com clients.

Information Collected by an Imarcsgroup.com Client

Clients collect information about users during their registration for websites; user participation in certain activities on client websites, including contests, polls, surveys and forms processing systems; when users request pages from our server, our Web server automatically collects IP addresses. These addresses are used by computers on the network to send the requested pages to users and to manage the user session so that our web pages can provide a custom appearance to the end user. In order to join one of ImarcsGroup.com's systems, users must provide certain voluntary information about themselves.

Use of Information

ImarcsGroup.com and their clients will not reveal any personal information that users provide to us to any third party without the users explicit permission. The purpose of an ImarcsGroup.com system is to provide a Consumer Relationship Management System to our clients and the use of personal information provided by users outside of the intended purpose is forbidden.

Using e-mail addresses provided at registration or otherwise, ImarcsGroup.com clients periodically sends out e-mail newsletters, promotional e-mail, surveys and forms processing systems to users about services and products offered by ImarcsGroup.com clients. Users can indicate that they do not wish to receive e-mail information. Third parties will not contact our users through the use of our clients e-mails except through advertisements within the emails, or unless users ask to be placed on a list to receive e-mail from our advertisers on subjects of interest.

Our site uses temporary cookies to deliver content specific to users' interests and to honor their preferences. This information is used to assist us in creating a site that will serve the needs of our clients. Our site uses permanent cookies only if the user opted to have their computer remember their login information.

ImarcsGroup.com provides that consumers own their personal data themselves. By signing up for an ImarcsGroup.com system, the user has given specific permission to the client to communicate with them through email and to use data for research. Consumers do not need to reply to an email with "remove me" or "unsubscribe". Consumers have full control to delete themselves from the system by selecting the "edit profile” or "your profile" link within the system and selecting "delete me" or "remove me" from the bottom of the profile form.
