The ADAP Advocacy Association (aaa+) in 2010 tracked Members of Congress and their support on legislation and voting activity impacting the AIDS Drug Assistance Programs (ADAPs). Due to a lack of legislative action in the U.S. Congress, every Member of Congress was issued a “Fail” grade; however, 78 Members of the U.S. House of Representatives obtained an “Honorable Mention” for their leadership on ADAP, and 6 U.S. Senators also received an “Honorable Mention” for their leadership on ADAP.
